The report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55 "An                          
Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program                   
expenses of state government and to capitalize funds; and providing            
for an effective date" (page 2271) was before the Senate at this time.         
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that                          
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55 be held on the                             
Secretary's Desk to 5:00 p.m. today.  Without objection, it was so             
ordered.
